CQP series pneumatic caliper disc brakes are mainly used in the braking and deceleration of various mechanisms in lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port, construction and other machinery, and tension control of cables, papermaking, steel plates and other machinery.

3 Asbestos-free brake pads are green and environmentally friendly. The brake pads are arranged in compression spring type, which is convenient and quick to replace.

4 It is convenient and easy to adjust after the brake pad is worn.

5 One disc diameter of each specification of QP series brakes can be adjusted to four levels of braking torque.

6 All power sources do not need to be set separately, and can be used in conjunction with the existing air compressor station. A speed regulating valve is added to the gas supply line, and the braking time can be adjusted steplessly.

7 Brake block automatic follow-up device to ensure that the brake block is equal to the upper and lower clearances of the brake disc of the host machine when the whole machine is opened and closed.
