Description

The disc brake is a brake that generates a braking force by a disc spring and releases the brake with hydraulic pressure. The braking force acts in the axial direction.

The disc brake is matched with the hydraulic station and pipeline system to form a complete braking system. It is suitable for wharf cable car, mine hoist and other lifting equipment, used for working braking and safety braking.

The size of the braking force, the use of maintenance, and the adjustment of the braking force have a significant impact on the safe operation of the entire lifting system. The installation and use units must pay attention to ensure safe operation.

Disc brakes have the following characteristics:

1. The braking torque has good adjustability;

2. Small inertia, fast action and high sensitivity;

3. High reliability;

4. Good versatility, many parts of the disc brake are universal, and different mine hoists can be equipped with different numbers of disc brakes of the same model;

5. Simple structure and convenient maintenance and adjustment.

It is very suitable for the deceleration and maintenance (stop) braking of various modern large-scale special loading and unloading machinery, lifting transportation machinery, metallurgical equipment, mining equipment and construction machinery.
