CQP series pneumatic caliper disc brake

Overview: CQP series B products are widely used in the braking and deceleration of various mechanisms in lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port, construction and other machinery, as well as the tension control of cables, paper, copper and other machinery.

Conditions of use: Ambient temperature: -5 ° C - 40 ° C Working pressure: ≦ 7 bar; Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should be anti-corrosion products. The air source should be free of oil, water and other impurities.

Main features: pneumatic brake, spring release. The overall structure is simple, small in size and light in weight. Non-asbestos brake pad, green and environmentally friendly. Brake pads are easy to install and replace. The brake pad is easy to adjust after wear. The brake block is automatically positioned to ensure that the brake block is equal to the upper and lower gaps of the main brake disc during the opening and closing of the whole machine. All power sources do not need to be set separately, they can be used in parallel with existing air compressor stations, and speed control valves can be installed in the gas supply lines to achieve stepless adjustment of braking time.
