The electro-hydraulic pusher consists of two parts: drive motor and centrifugal pump. The centrifugal pump is composed of cover, cylinder, piston, impeller and rotor. It is a drive control device that integrates a motor, a centrifugal pump and an oil cylinder. Due to its very compact structure, it is widely used in the drive control of various industrial valves and rotating devices. After energization, the motor rotates first, driving the impeller on the shaft to rotate, thereby generating pressure inside the piston. With this pressure, the piston can produce mechanical motion. When the power is turned off, the impeller stops due to the stop of the motor, and the piston quickly drops under its own gravity.

There are many installation methods for electro-hydraulic pushers.

1. Vertical installation: In this installation method, the connecting rod of the piston rod faces upward.

2. Horizontal installation: In this installation mode, the main parameter sign is facing up.

However, it should be noted that no matter what installation method is adopted, the piston rod can not be subjected to any pressure, so that the use of the pusher is better and the life is longer.
