Brief introduction of electric hydraulic brake: The electric hydraulic actuator is composed of two parts, which drive the motor and the body (centrifugal pump). The body part is composed of cover, cylinder, piston, impeller and rotating shaft.

When energized, the motor drives the impeller on the relay shaft and rotating shaft to rotate, generating pressure in the piston. Under the influence of this pressure, oil is drawn from the upper part of the piston to the lower part of the piston, forcing the piston and the push rod and beam fixed on it to rise rapidly.

Mechanical motion is produced by mechanical compression of a load spring by means of a lever.

When the power is off, the impeller stops rotating, the piston in the load of spring force and its own gravity, quickly into the fall, forcing oil into the upper part of the piston, then still through the lever mechanism to restore the original position.

The electric hydraulic actuator is often used in conjunction with the brake frame and is widely used for braking of various transmission devices.
