Application and main design features:

1. YW series electro-hydraulic brakes are widely used in lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mines, ports and civil constructions of brake gears of various machinery.

2. The connection size and braking torque meet the requirements of JB/ZQ4388-1997. The technical conditions comply with JB6406.2-2006 and German DINI15435 standards.

3. YW series electro-hydraulic brake uses Ed pusher as the driving device.

Its advantages: multiple installations, high working frequency, stable braking, adjustable braking torque, easy replacement of friction linings, long service life, and no noise.

4. Equipped with hooks for hand release lever for easy maintenance

5. Adopting a propeller with a descending delay valve as the driving system can realize the closing delay of the brake

Operating conditions:

1. Working temperature: -20°C-50°C.

2. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

3. The application sea level height complies with the GB755-2000 standard.

4. Mainly used for three-phase, 50HZ, 380V power supply (we can provide products suitable for 60HZ or different voltages according to customer requirements, if you have special requirements, please inform us before ordering).

5. Work load: intermittent (S3-60%) and continuous (S1).
