Electro-hydraulic drum brake EB series
This type of brake is widely used in the deceleration or parking brake of mechanical transmission devices such as lifting, metallurgy, mining, ports, docks, construction machinery, etc. It has the characteristics of safety and reliability, stable braking, and high frequency of action. In addition, it also has interlocking torque devices. During operation, the main swing hinge is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which has high transmission efficiency and long service life. In addition, there is no need for lubrication during use, asbestos-free brake pads, and the brake pads are plug-in type.
Description
EB is an industrial drum brake released by springs and electro-hydraulic propulsion (ED 30/5).
The advantages of this propeller brake include its torque adjustability (fine adjustment of the braking process), easy debugging and maintenance, and soft/no impact in operation.
EB is a heavy-duty but cost-effective service/holding brake suitable for braking applications that do not generate extreme heat during normal operation (ie, when the friction speed is fairly low). Due to its long service life, the ability to handle high duty cycles and the ability to operate under various environmental conditions, this thruster drum brake is suitable for steel mill applications (as cranes or crane brakes), port applications (such as container crane brakes) ), and a large movable structure (bridge brake). Its reliability and low maintenance requirements make it an excellent choice for many industrial applications, especially where hydraulic or pneumatic technology is not readily available.
Main features
1. Main moving hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, high transmission efficiency, long service life, and no lubrication is needed in the process of use;
2. Interlock type brake pad equalizing device and tile automatic positioning device can always keep both sides of the tile pad equalizing and do not need to adjust, so as to completely avoid the phenomenon that one side brake pad is stuck to the brake wheel due to uneven brake pad;
3, the brake gasket for the card type of overall molding structure, replacement is very convenient and fast.
Attachment
1. Manual release device;
2, release (open) or close (close) limit switch, the brake can achieve the normal release or closure of the signal display;
3. Automatic compensation device for brake liner wear, which can realize stepless automatic compensation for tile backdistance and braking moment when liner wear;
4. The limit switch of gasket wear can realize the signal attention when the brake gasket wear to the limit (note: automatic compensation device must be used);
5. The actuator with descending delay valve is used to drive, which can realize the delay closure of the brake.
