SE series electromagnetic failure protection brake

Overview: SE, SH, SP series fail-safe disc brakes have the advantages of compact structure, large braking force and convenient installation compared with drum brakes. They are mainly used for lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port, construction machinery, Mechanical braking or deceleration of various mechanical drives in various industries such as cables, slings, wind turbines, and textile machinery.

Main features: pneumatic brake, spring release. The overall structure is simple, small in size and light in weight. Non-asbestos brake pad, green and environmentally friendly. Brake pads are easy to install and replace. The brake pad is easy to adjust after wear. The brake block is automatically positioned to ensure that the brake block is equal to the upper and lower gaps of the main brake disc during the opening and closing of the whole machine. All power sources do not need to be set separately, they can be used in parallel with existing air compressor stations, and speed control valves can be installed in the gas supply lines to achieve stepless adjustment of braking time.

Working brakes allow high frequency braking.

Large braking force, low maintenance cost, automatic compensation device with pad wear (stable braking torque), short response time.

Large installation tolerances, brake disc end face runout: Maximum: ± 0.2mm. The deviation of the verticality of the base relative to the disc: maximum: ±4‰.

Deviation of the center distance of the brake disc relative to the base: maximum: ± 2.5 mm.

The range includes the following types of brakes:

561SE, 560SE, 56SE, 5SE, 450SE, 4SE, 3SE brakes (electromagnetic release). ECE/ESP supporting power supply must be available during operation (see the supporting power supply for specific parameters).

5SH, 450SH, 4SH, 3SH, 904SH brakes (hydraulic release). A hydraulic station is required for work.

5SP, 450SP, 4SP, 3SP brake (pneumatic release) (5bar)

Safety brake.

The braking force is large, just like the working brake.

In the case of overspeed, it is used as an emergency brake. Under normal circumstances, the static brake should be short.

Large mounting tolerances, brake disc end face runout: Maximum: ±0.2mm. The deviation of the verticality of the base relative to the disc: ±0.4 ‰.

The range includes the following types of brakes:

All SE series. Electromagnetic release. The working power supply ESE/ESP must be available (see the supporting power supply for specific parameters).

One of the SH series is mainly the ST series. Hydraulic release. Work with a hydraulic station.

All SP series. Pneumatic release (5bar)

Remarks: ST1SE and ST2SE are only suitable for use as safety brakes. It can also be used as a working brake when the frequency of use is low.
