Main features of Brake Device:

1, Safe and reliable performance,smooth braking ,high frequency action.

2,Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing which have the advantages of high transmission efficiency,long using life ,the use of the process without lubrication.

3, brake device are choosing the high and safe type brake lining material: Non-asbestos brake pad and brake pad are installed with plug-in card style,safe and reliable,is easy and quick to change.

During the using, interlocking device always keeps the brake shoes on both sides equalize the clearance to avoid the phenomenon of brake lining on one side sticking to brake wheel due to the uneven retire torque.

And also, Our YWZ13,YWZ5(YWZ9),YW series brake spring brake spring is arranged in the spring tube,with a braking torque scale plate installed at one side,brake torque can be directly displayed,is intuitive and easy to be adjusted.

Use conditions :

Environmental temperature -20℃~+50℃;

Work environment around must not have flammable,explosive and corrosive gas,or should be the corrosion products.

Air relative humidity is not more than 90%;

Use the altitude of the site with GB755-2000.
