1. A mechanical failure has occurred.
Mechanical failures include jamming at the movable joints, dirt adhesion on the brake band and the brake wheel, and excessive spring tension, etc. When these problems are encountered, the jamming situation can be eliminated by using kerosene to the brake wheel and brake band. Perform cleaning and proper adjustment of spring pressure to eliminate faults;
2. The electromagnet has insufficient suction.
The reason for the insufficient suction of the electromagnet is the reason of the electromagnet or the voltage is too low. The consequence of the insufficient suction is that the brake cannot be opened. In this case, you can first use a multimeter to measure the voltage and find out the specific And then eliminate the fault;
3. Failure of hydraulic push rod brake.
When the hydraulic oil is improperly used or the impeller is stuck, it may cause the brake to not open. You can use the maintenance push mechanism, the electrical part, and the replacement of the hydraulic oil for troubleshooting
4. The electromagnetic coil is damaged.
Just replace the solenoid.
