1) Remove the inspection hole cover on the brake drum, and loosen the fixing nut of the brake shoe support pin and the nut of the camshaft bracket fastening bolt.

2) Turn the hoof support pin so that the marks on the two pin ends face inward.

3) By repeatedly turning the brake shoe support pin and the screw shaft of the adjustable arm, the brake friction lining and the brake drum are completely fitted. At this adjusted position, slowly tighten the bracket's fastening nut and automatic The lock nut of the shoe support pin keeps the position of the brake shoe bearing pin unchanged (you can step on the brake pedal and tighten all the adjusted bolts and nuts under the condition that the air pressure meets the requirements).

4) Loosen the worm shaft by 1 / 2-2 / 3 turns. The brake drum should be able to rotate freely without rubbing against the brake pads or other parts. The clearance between the brake friction plate and the automatic drum is 0.25-0.40mm at the end of the brake shoe support pin and 0.40-0.55mm at the cam end. The gap between the two shoes at the same end should not be greater than 0.1 mm.

5) After the adjustment is completed, the brake air chamber is vented with compressed air, and the stroke of the push rod should be 25-40mm. The rear wheel automatically adjusts the small worm shaft of the arm. The stroke of the push rod changes 5mm each time the front wheel is 4mm.

6) When the stroke of the push rod exceeds 40mm due to the wear of the friction plate, local adjustment can be performed (at this time, do not twist the support pin to avoid destroying the original good contact state). The method is: facing the worm head of the adjusting arm, tightening the screw clockwise at the two places on the front wheel is tight (clearance is reduced), loosening counterclockwise (increasing the gap), and tightening in the counterclockwise direction at two places on the rear wheel , Loosen clockwise. Attention, do not "adjust" the method of changing the ratio of the push rod by turning the push rod of the brake air chamber.
