YWZ4 SERIES ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC DRUM BRAKES

What are its main features?

Safe and reliable pertormance, smooth braking, high actionfrequency.
Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing, making high efficiency of transmission, longservicelite.Lubricatingisunnecessaryduringoperation.
Normally closed design, (power off) spring brake, (power on)thrusterrelease.
The brake pad is a card mounted integral forming structure, which is sate and reliable, and it is convenient and quick to replace.

Note: YWZ4 (YI1) brake is equipped with riveted brake pad when it is delivered. Please indicate it it is necessaryto replace it.

What are the conditions of its use?

Ambienttemperature:-20℃~+50℃
Flammable, explosive and corrosive gases are not allowed in the surrounding working environment, otherwise explosion-proof and anti-corrosion products are used.
Relative humidity:the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%
The altitude of theplace of useconformsto GB755-2019
Special requirements can be discussed before production.

There are two types of brake pad installation: riveting type and plug-in type.
