Foot-operated Hydraulic Drum Brake

Product application:

TYWZ2 series brakes are normally open and hydraulically driven brakes. They are controlled by a foot hydraulic pump to achieve arbitrary braking. It is mainly used for the deceleration braking of various types of general bridges and gantry cranes.

TYWZ2 series foot-operated hydraulic drum brake conforms to JB / ZQ4388-86 standard;

Main feature:

1. Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking and high operating frequency;

2. The main hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which has high transmission efficiency and long life, and requires no lubrication during use;

3. The interlocking equalization distance device can always maintain the equal distance between the tiles on both sides, completely avoiding the phenomenon that the brake pads on one side float against the brake wheels due to the uneven distance;

4. The brake pad is a card-type integral molding structure, which is very easy and fast to replace. It is equipped with semi-metal (non-asbestos) hard and semi-rigid, soft (including asbestos, non-asbestos) and other brakes. Pads are available for users to choose.
