●YW-K series electro-hydraulic drum brakes can be widely used for deceleration and stopping/braking of various transportation equipment such as general bridges, gantry cranes, and non-lifting winches.

Standards compliant

●The size and braking torque parameters of the YW-K series of normally open brakes conform to the JB/T6406-2006 standard and the DIN15435 standard.

●Equipped with Ed series thrusters conforming to DIN15430 standard.

main feature

●The brake lining is a clamping integrated structure, which is convenient and quick to replace.

●Interlocking shoe clearance balance device and shoe automatic aligning device, constantly balance the brake shoe clearance on both sides without adjustment, and completely avoid one brake pad sticking to the brake wheel.

●The main hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which has high transmission efficiency and long service life. No lubrication is required during operation.

●Closed spring tube protects the spring from damage and pollution.

●Ed series thrusters have the characteristics of flexible action and long service life.

●Normal open design, (power on) thruster brake, (power off) spring release.

The electric hydraulic block brake is driven by Ed series electric hydraulic actuator.

The installation size conforms to JB/ zq4333-86 standard.

It is mainly used for mechanical braking of mechanical driving devices such as hoisting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port and construction.

The product series USES the Ed series propellers as the driving device, with the following characteristics:
