●Electro-hydraulic disc brake is an advanced product with high performance and multiple functions.

They are easy to maintain thanks to advanced features such as automatic shoe clearance balance and wear self-compensation device. Various limit switches can provide interlock protection signals for the host PLC. It is very suitable for the deceleration and stopping/braking of large modern machinery such as loading and unloading machinery, lifting and transporting machinery, metallurgical equipment, mining equipment and so on.

●Brake pads are plug-in type, easy to replace.

●Interlocking shoe clearance balance device and automatic shoe alignment device, constantly balance the brake shoe clearance on both sides without adjustment, and completely avoid one brake pad sticking to the brake disc.

●The main hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which has high transmission efficiency and long service life. No lubrication is required during operation.

Short closing time (only 0.25-0.4s).

●The wear self-compensation device can re-realize the self-compensation of the track gap, and the braking torque is relatively constant, eliminating the trouble of adjustment.

●Closed spring tube protects the spring from damage and pollution.

●Ed series thrusters have the characteristics of flexible action and long operating time.

●The brake is closed when the power is off (Fail-Ssafe principle). Brake with spring force. Ignite by propeller.

The shoe presses on the rotating brake drum, slowing it down and eventually stopping it. The release of the brake drum and the compression of the spring are accomplished by a thruster.
