●QP, CQP series pneumatic disc brakes are widely used for deceleration, stopping/braking of medium and low torque drive mechanisms. The brake can also be used as a tension brake on the winding machine, such as: paper web tension control, newsprint publishing tension control, steel unwinding control, wire and cable reel unwinding tension, etc.

Main features

●QPO is a normally closed design-spring brake; relative to pneumati; CQPD is a normally open pneumatic brake, released by a spring, and the braking force can be adjusted according to the required air pressure.

●Compact structure, small size and light weight. It is easy to control and operate.

●The inner lining is inlaid without asbestos. Being placed is an oasis.

●Isalation;'The brake can be installed horizontally or vertically. When used for horizontal driving, the brakes can be positioned in any angle around the disc, but in fact they should be installed norlzontally (at 3 or 9o'dlock position); although it is vertical, no angle is required. Each disc can be connected to morg by one or two brakes.

When two or more brakes are stepped on, symmetrical installation is recommended.

●All power sources are not installed separately and are connected to the air compressor station. The braking time can be steplessly adjusted through the speed control valve in the gns line.

●Environmental temperature: -25℃-+40℃

●Working air pressure (Max.): 7 bar

●Air requirements: dry, filtered compressed air to exclude corrosive gases.

●Special requirements can be discussed before production.
