MAIN FEATURE

• The overall structure is simple: compact size and light weight.
• Environmentally friendly: uses asbestos-free brake linings.
• Easy to install and replace: the brake linings are installed using a spring clip-on system.
• Adjustment is easy: the brake linings can be easily adjusted after wear, and the QP series of brakes can be adjusted for torque in four stages for each size of disc.
• No separate power source required: can be connected to an existing air compressor station and the braking time can be adjusted continuously by installing a throttle valve in the air supply line.

• The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000 m.
• In the working environment around the brake, there is no dangerous medium and enough gas and conductive dust to corrode metals and destroy insulation.
• Used indoors with air relative humidity not more than 90% or under rain or snow protection devices.

So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C are available.

The warranty of our machine is normally 12 months, during this period, we will arrange the international express immediately, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible.

 

12. After we placing an order, will you arrange the installation of the machine at present?

All the machines will be tested well before delivered, so almost of them can be used directly, also our machine are easy to be installed, if you customer needs our assistance, we will be pleased to arrange the installation, but all the cost will be be charged by you.

A: We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us.
