2. Purpose:

YPZ2 series electro-hydraulic disc brake is a high-performance, multi-functional advanced product. It adopts advanced functions such as automatic balance shoe clearance balance and wear self-compensation device, which is convenient for maintenance. Various limit switches can provide interlocking protection signals for the main machinery PLC, which is very suitable for the deceleration, stop/braking of large modern machinery such as loading and unloading machinery, lifting and transporting machinery, metallurgical equipment, and mining equipment.

3. Main features:

● The brake pads of the overall shape structure are installed on the card, and the replacement is very convenient and fast. It has semi-metal (non-asbestos) hard, semi-rigid, soft (including asbestos, asbestos-free), and different materials of brake pads are available for users to choose.

● The interlocking shoe clearance balance device and automatic shoe alignment device continuously balance the brake shoe gaps on both sides without adjustment, and completely avoid one brake pad sticking to the brake wheel;

● Spring force braking;

● Propeller lifting;

● Adjustable braking torque;

● The brake is closed when the power is off
