Ed series electric hydraulic thrusters

Conditions of Use:
Ambient temperature: -20 °C -50 °C using DB-25 hydraulic oil, below -20 °C with YH-10 aviation hydraulic oil, can not be installed heater; with DB-25 hydraulic oil, must be installed heater. Continuous work S1, intermittent work S3-60%.
Voltage and frequency: Three-phase AC 380V/50(60)Hz, our company can also provide other products with different frequencies and different voltages. Please consult and order when necessary.
Three-phase AC asynchronous motor, in accordance with (G8755-2000) regulations, see "Technical Data" for insulation performance: Class F, electrical protection class: IP65.
Cable: Wire cross-section up to 4X2.5mm².

The Ed series of pushers are machined from CNC machining centers. The motor is non-oil immersed structure, Class F insulation, good heat resistance and long life.

The transmission parts are all double sealed and the seal is reliable.

The Ed pusher can add additional devices according to the user's requirements to achieve the following additional functions: the upper and lower limit switches can be set at the same time.
Rising limit switch: It can indicate whether the brake is normally open, whether the push rod is pushed to the specified position, etc.
Down limit switch: It can indicate whether the brake is properly closed, whether the push rod returns to the specified position, etc.
The rising delay valve and the falling delay valve or the rising and falling delay valve can adjust the specific delay value required within 10-20 times of the rated operating time to the rated operating time.
A short-stroke pusher can be equipped with a built-in brake spring (c-spring), a return spring (w-spring), and a buffer spring (d-spring).
Add heaters, the ambient temperature is lower than -20'C at the place of use, and heaters can be added as needed.

Special requirements
Pushers with different voltages and different frequency levels are available upon request. The three-proof motor with special treatment is suitable for "TH" type, "AH" type, and hybrid type requirements.

Choice of installation method
Vertical installation: The piston rod connection block faces up. Horizontal installation and any position in the middle: The installation form is shown below.

The pusher block of all pushers can be rotated. The Ed50-Ed301 mounting base can be used as 90. Rotate. The Ed23 and Ed30 mounting bases are also available with 900 rotations, but the mounting height dimension A is increased by 8 mm (instructions when ordering). Regardless of the mounting position, the piston rod cannot withstand radial forces to avoid the effects and longevity of the piston.

Various additional devices can be installed to meet different work needs according to user needs.
Ascending or descending valve: install the ascending valve "H", the descending valve "8" or the ascending and descending valve "H, S can extend the rise and fall time indefinitely, and the adjustable maximum value can reach 10-20 times of the rated value. The valve is externally regulated. When the valve is pushed (when the valve is fully open), the rise and fall time will be extended, the short stroke is extended by 0.1-0.2 seconds, and the long stroke is extended by about 0.2-0. 4 seconds.
Brake spring: (C-spring) It generates braking force. The brake spring force listed in the technical data sheet is the spring force at 1/3 of the rising stroke (2/3 of the downstroke stroke).
Reset spring: The working principle is the same as C-~ single spring, but the spring force of reset is small.
Buffer spring (d-spring) plus buffer spring (only for short stroke pushers), mainly adjusts the braking process: The non-periodic transient process of the buffer brake makes the brake smooth, it replaces the connecting rod block and is mounted on the piston On the rod, the stroke of the pusher is not changed. (Note: The pusher with d-spring installed cannot be equipped with a travel switch and must be used with a C spring)
Heater: In the area where the ambient temperature is lower than -20 °C, the heater can be installed according to the user's needs. The heater is divided into two voltages: AC110V or AC220V (see the table below for the parameters). Please specify when ordering, and adjust the temperature. It is up to the user to choose.
Travel switch: According to the user's request, the pusher can be equipped with a mechanical travel switch or proximity switch.
