QP series pneumatic caliper disc brake

Overview: QP (CQP) series pneumatic caliper disc brakes are mainly used for braking and deceleration of various mechanisms in lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port, construction and other machinery.

Conditions of use: Ambient temperature: -5°C-40°C Working pressure: Q-7 series is 5-7bar; CQP series is ≦7bar. Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should be made of anti-corrosion products. The air source should be free of oil, water and other impurities.

Main features: QP series is spring brake, pneumatic release; CQP series is pneumatic brake, spring release. The overall structure is simple, small in size and light in weight. Non-asbestos brake pad, green and environmentally friendly. The brake pad is installed with a compression spring card type, which is convenient and quick to replace. The brake pad is easy to adjust after wear. One disc diameter for each type of brake in the QP series allows four levels of brake torque adjustment. All power sources do not need to be set separately, they can be used in parallel with existing air compressor stations, and speed control valves can be installed in the gas supply lines to achieve stepless adjustment of braking time.
