YWL series electro-hydraulic drum brakes are normally closed brakes, suitable for vertical installation. The propeller is installed horizontally and has a compact structure.

The interlocking shoe clearance balance device and shoe automatic centering device continuously balance the brake pad clearance on both sides without adjustment, and completely avoid one brake pad sticking to the brake disc.

The main hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which has high transmission efficiency and long service life. There is no need for lubrication during operation.

The wear self-compensation device can realize the self-compensation of the track gap, and the braking torque is relatively constant, eliminating the trouble of adjustment.

Torque adjustable internal spring with torque scale and anti-wear lining

The brake assembly includes a brake arm, brake shoe, base, drive rod, brake spring and electro-hydraulic propeller. The brake shoe is installed on the brake arm, and the gap between the brake drum and the brake pad is adjusted by a spring mechanism. A heavy-duty spring suitable for providing the required braking force is installed in the square tube, and a scale is provided on the outside to record the spring force. The spring force can be adjusted appropriately by tightening the nut at the bottom of the spring, and all components are installed on the base

Due to the spring force, the brake is usually closed. The hydraulic thruster is driven by an electric motor. When the power is turned on, the thruster motor is turned on, and hydraulic pressure is generated in the hydraulic thruster. The piston is actuated instantaneously and the brake is released. When the power is cut off, the thruster motor stops to release the hydraulic pressure. The propeller piston is pushed back, and the brake pads are clamped on the brake drum. Due to the spring force, the brake is applied.
