DC Electro Magnetic Brakes

Electromagnetic drum brakes can be widely used to decelerate and stop electromagnetic elevators and various elevators, belt transportation, port handling, metallurgy and construction machinery using DC drives or DC networks. It does not apply to machines using AC drives.

Feature:

The interlocking brake shoe gap balance device (patented technology) and the brake shoe automatic centering device continuously balance the gap between the brake shoes on both sides without adjustment, which completely avoids the side of the brake lining sticking to the brake wheel.

The main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which makes the transmission more efficient, longer service life, and does not require lubrication during operation.

The brake spring is arranged inside the square tube, and the surveyor’s rod is placed on one side. Customers can easily read the braking torque value, thus avoiding the trouble of measurement and calculation.

The brake lining is a combing and shaping structure, which is convenient and quick to replace. Customers can choose brake linings of various materials, such as semi-metal (non-asbestos) hard and semi-hard, soft (including asbestos) substances.

The new type of armature iron automatic centering device can always maintain a good combination of armature iron and yoke.

Brake installation dimensions and braking torque parameters conform to: JB/ZQ4386-1997 standard, technical requirements conform to JB/T7685-2006 standard.

Conditions of Use:

Environment temperature: -25℃ -40℃

The operating frequency is less than 720c/h.

The altitude of the place of use does not exceed 2000m.

There is no explosive dangerous medium, gas and conductive dust that can corrode metal and damage insulation in the surrounding working environment.

Use it indoors where the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90% or under rain and snow protection devices.

The power supply voltage is DC110V or DC220V, if the user has special requirements, please negotiate and confirm when ordering
