●The two-stage delay electro-hydraulic drum brake can be widely used in large and medium-sized outdoor cranes, and has excellent deceleration braking and storm braking performance. It can also be used for large and medium-sized special cranes to achieve smooth deceleration braking and maintaining braking. The actual braking performance of these series of products is also reflected in the belt transport vehicles.

● EYWZ series brake is a two-stage brake device. In the first braking step, a small torque (adjustable within the specified range) is applied to perform stable deceleration braking. When the body stops, the second step begins. Apply more torque (adjustable within the specified range) to achieve reliable maintenance or storm braking. The interval time between the two steps can be adjusted by the one-way throttle in the damping cylinder circuit (1-15 seconds).

Main features

●The brake lining is a clamping integrated structure, which is convenient and quick to replace.

●Interlocking shoe clearance balance device and shoe automatic aligning device, constantly balance the brake shoe clearance on both sides without adjustment, and completely avoid one brake pad sticking to the brake wheel.

●The main hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which has high transmission efficiency and long service life.

No lubrication is required during operation.

●Ed series thrusters have the characteristics of flexible action and long service life.

● The brake is closed when the power is off (Fail-Safe principle). Brake with spring force. Live by propellers.

●The size and braking torque parameters of this series of brakes conform to JB/T6406--2006 and DIN15435 standards.

●The thruster equipped is Ed series electro-hydraulic thruster that conforms to DIN15430 standard.
