YPZ2 Electro /Electronic Hydraulic thruster/Hydraulic Arm Disc Brake

Application and main design features:

1. YPZ2 series of electro-hydraulic disc brakes are mainly used in large modern loading and unloading machinery for special purposes, lifting, transportation, metallurgy, deceleration, braking and safety protection of ports and docks

2. The connection size and braking torque meet the requirements of JB/ZQ4388-1997. The technical conditions comply with JB6406.2-2006 and German DINI15435 standards.

3. YPZ2 series electro-hydraulic disc brakes are driven by Ed push rods.

Its advantages: multiple installations, high working frequency, smooth braking, adjustable braking torque, easy replacement of friction lining, long service life, and no noise.

4. Equipped with hooks for hand release lever, convenient for maintenance

5. Adopt a thruster with a descent delay valve as the drive system, which can realize the delay of closing the brake

Operating conditions:

5. Working load: intermittent (S3-60%) and continuous (S1).

1. The main swing joint is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, high transmission efficiency, no lubrication is required in use.

2. Equipped with manual release device, easy maintenance.

3. The automatic compensation device can realize automatic compensation when the brake pad is worn.
