The method of removing air from the hydraulic brake system:
1. Open the lid of the brake fluid storage tank, wipe off the dust around the lid, and add enough brake fluid;
2. Remove the dust cover on the bleed plug of the brake cylinder of a certain wheel, and prepare a wrench;
3. The person in the cab steps on the brake pedal, pay attention to stepping fast, and slowing down when relaxing. After several consecutive steps, the brake pedal remains stationary. At this time, the person under the vehicle loosens the cylinder bleed screw with a wrench (about 1/4 to 1/2 of all threads), at this time the brake fluid is squeezed out of the brake under the action of the master cylinder piston The air in the system. As the air in the brake system is exhausted, the pedal will be loose, but at this time, the pedal should still be held down to prevent air from entering the brake system from the deflation. Wait until the bleed screw is tightened, then release the pedal. The above operation is repeated until the air in the brake system oil line is exhausted;
4. Use the exhaust method described above to exclude air from other wheel brake cylinders.
