Hydraulic push rod brakes are widely used in port doors. The reliability of the brake is directly related to the safety of personnel and devices, so the requirements for reliability are particularly high. However, there are many failures in the hydraulic push rod brakes currently used.
(1) The square coupling between the motor shaft and the impeller shaft is loose, the motor shaft is idling, and the hydraulic cylinder is not moving.
(2) The bending deformation of the push rod of the hydraulic push rod loosening device is abnormal.
(3) The spring of the hydraulic push rod brake is broken and the brake cannot be closed.
(4) The movable hinge point of the brake frame is stuck, whether the opening and closing action of the brake is slow.
(5) The movable hinge pin of the brake frame is loose and the brake is not in place.
(6) The brake band and brake wheel are severely worn, the braking torque becomes small or the braking torque is lost.
(7) The drive motor of the hydraulic push rod loosening stage is damaged, and the motor and the loosening device do not work.
The above-mentioned faults directly lead to a decrease in the reliability of the lifting mechanism and the variable amplitude mechanism, especially the failure of braking during the descent process and the failure of the increase process, which seriously jeopardize production safety. Therefore, improving the reliability of lifting mechanisms and variable amplitude mechanisms is the key to improving equipment management and technical reliability.
