4. Under normal circumstances, the main clutch must be disengaged before the tractor can be braked after the power source is cut off, or the brake can be pressed while the clutch is being pressed.
5. When braking, the pedal should be smoothly pressed to the extreme position, and the pedal should not be stopped in the middle position.
6. The trailer brake should pay attention to the correct adjustment of the free stroke of the joystick and the brake friction force. After stopping the brake, the brake friction force can be quickly released. Only in this way can a reliable braking effect be achieved. The trailer must be braked slightly earlier than the main vehicle to prevent the tractor's inertia from moving the tractor forward and causing an accident.
7. Keep the brake fluid of the hydraulic brake clean, and fill and remove the air in the brake fluid in time. If mixed with mineral oil, the rubber cup will swell, and the brake will be held and the brake will fail. The brake air chamber for air pressure braking, the maximum working air pressure is maintained at 4.5 minutes-5 kg / cm, pay attention to check and adjust at any time.
8. When the tractor is transporting, the brake pedal linkage must connect the left and right brakes into one.
