SH series hydraulic fail-safe brake

Conditions of Use:

Ambient temperature: -20 ° C -50 ° C. There shall be no flammable or explosive gases in the surrounding working environment.

The relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%.

The altitude of the place of use is in accordance with GB755-2000.

Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should be made of anti-corrosion products.

The range includes the following types of brakes:

All SE series. Electromagnetic release. The working power supply ESE/ESP must be available (see the supporting power supply for specific parameters).

One of the SH series is mainly the ST series. Hydraulic release. Work with a hydraulic station.

All SP series. Pneumatic release (5bar)

Remarks: ST1SE and ST2SE are only suitable for use as safety brakes. It can also be used as a working brake when the frequency of use is low.

According to the different needs of users, the following devices can be added: 

Pad wear display (by means of a wear line in the display switch or gasket).

Brake display (achieved by the display switch).

Manual release display (implemented by display switch)

Special applications: for sintered gaskets with very high disc temperatures, special liners (no Mars, etc.); special discs (thickness, diameter, materials, etc.).
