The working principle of electric hydraulic thruster

Aug 10, 2020

The AC motor of the electro-hydraulic thruster drives the bidirectional gear pump to work through the coupling, and the high-pressure oil output from the gear pump enters the hydraulic cylinder to work through the pin. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor realizes the reciprocating movement of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder.

The hydraulic components of the electric hydraulic thruster work in a closed steel cylinder oil tank, so the oil suction and oil return of the hydraulic system can be carried out directly in the tank. The valve block is an integration of various components except the oil pump and hydraulic cylinder, and can be designed into valve blocks of different circuit forms according to the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic pusher.

If the hydraulic system of the electric hydraulic pusher is operated, the left side is the output high pressure oil, the right side is the suction oil, the left system pressure is set by the overflow valve, the suction check valve is closed, and the two-way gear pump 2 outputs high pressure to the left The oil enters the hydraulic cylinder through the one-way valve. At the same time, the high-pressure oil closes the throttle check valve through the control channel to ensure that the high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic cylinder.

The oil stains on the right side of the hydraulic cylinder of the electric hydraulic pusher return oil through the one-way valve, the one-way valve is closed, and the oil suction of the oil pump is completed by the oil-suction one-way valve. If the motor is reversed, the action states of the left and right components are all carried out as the symmetrical components.

This completes the push and pull actions of the electric hydraulic pusher. When the motor is powered off, the external force can make the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder move freely
