Installation and Adjustment Guidelines
Installation accuracy: The face runout of the brake disc shall not exceed 0.2 mm, and the non-parallelism between the two sides of the mounting bracket and the brake disc shall not exceed 0.2 mm.
Clearance adjustment: Fine-tuning must be performed by rotating the ratchet handle and nut to ensure a uniform and standard clearance between the friction pads and the brake disc.
Hydraulic connection: Recommend using anti-aging mineral oil. The piping must be thoroughly cleaned and purged of air before filling to prevent contaminants from entering the cylinder.
