Malfunctions of Crane Hydraulic Thruster drum brake:
The reliability of the brake gas is directly related to personal safety issues, so its reliability requirements are very high. After we use the equipment for a period of time, it will inevitably cause equipment problems due to some reasons. The currently used Tower Crane Hydraulic Thruster malfunctions mainly include:
1. The square coupling between the motor shaft and the impeller shaft is loosened, the motor shaft is idling and the hydraulic cylinder does not work.
2. The movable hinge point of the brake frame is stuck, and the opening and closing movement of the brake is slow or does not move.
3. The movable hinge pin of the brake frame is loose, and the brake is not working properly;
4. The push rod of the hydraulic push rod brake release is bent and deformed, and the brake release does not work properly.
5. The brake belt and brake wheel are worn seriously, the braking torque becomes small or the braking torque is lost.
6. The phase of the drive motor of the hydraulic push rod release is out of phase, and the motor and the release are not activated.
7. Hydraulic push rod brake spring breaks, the brake cannot be closed.
