Notes for electric hydraulic actuator:
(1) regularly check whether the electric hydraulic actuator is working normally, whether the oil is enough, whether there is leakage appearance, the introduction of wire insulation is outstanding, the protection of equipment is appropriate and reliable.
Half a year to check the oil, when the oil disintegration, viscosity should be replaced in time.
(2) when the electrical motor of the electric hydraulic actuator is not normal and appears noise and vibration, the bearing should be checked in time to see whether it is damaged or not. If the bearing is damaged, it should be replaced in time;
Secondly, check whether the rotor is loose, such as loose should be adjusted in time.
(4) when the thrust of the electric hydraulic actuator decreases, check whether there is a lack of oil, such as the lack should be made up in time;
The voltage of the network is not less than 85% of the extra voltage, if the low should advance to the extra value in time.
