YWZ5 Industrial Drum Brake

YWZ5 Industrial Drum Brake is mainly used for lifting, transportation, metallurgy, construction and other mechanical drive supporting mechanical brake. The YWZ5 Industrial Drum Brake is composed of two parts: the brake frame and the matching electric hydraulic actuator. When the power is powered, the electric hydraulic actuator moves, the push rod rises quickly, and the brake tile is opened by the lever to realize the loose brake state. When the power is off, the push rod of the electric hydraulic actuator drops rapidly under the action of the spring force, and the brake tile is closed through the action of the lever to achieve the lock.

The dimensions and braking torque parameters of YWZ5 Industrial Drum Brake comply with GB6333-86 standard,technology requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006 standard.

Main features:

The interlocking equalization device and the automatic follow-up device of the pads can always keep the pads on both sides equal and without adjustment, avoiding the phenomenon that the brake pad on one side floats against the brake wheel due to uneven retraction

The main swing hinges are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency, long service life, and no lubrication is required during use

The brake spring is arranged in the square tube and is equipped with a ruler. The user can easily read the braking torque value, eliminating the trouble of measurement and calculation

The brake pad is a card-mounted integral molding structure, which is easy and quick to replace. Brake pads of different materials are available for users to choose

Ed series electric hydraulic pusher products are matched, which are sensitive and have a long service life

Normal closed design, spring braking when power is off, and the pusher releases when power is on
