ZWZ3 SERIES DC ELECTROMAGNETIC CHINA DRUM BRAKE

ZWZ3 series DC electromagnetic drum brake is mainly used for electromagnetic lifting, lifting of various DC drive or DC power grid, deceleration and parking brakes of various mechanisms in port handling and metallurgical machinery.AC-driven lifting, port handling and metallurgical machinery are not recommended.

ZWZ3 SERIES DC ELECTROMAGNETIC CHINA DRUM BRAKE

OPERATING CONDITION

Ambient temperature:-25℃~+40℃
Relative humidity:the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%
in the surrounding working environment, there is no explosive hazardous medium and no gas or conductive dust sufficient to corrode metals and destroy insulation.
Operating frequency less than 720c/h
The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m
The rated voltage of the shunt coil is 110V and the power-on continuity rate is 25%.If other voltage levels and continuous power-on rates are selected,additional resistors in series(additional resistors provided by users)are required.
Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should be corrosion resistant.

STANDARDS COMPLANT

Installation dimensions,braking torque paramenters and technical requirements of ZWZ3 series brakes are in accordance with GB6334-86. Technical requirements meet JB/T7685-2006 standards.
