EMG Series Electro Hydraulic Brake Thruster

EMG electro-hydraulic thruster is widely used in lifting and transportation, port loading and unloading, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery and construction machinery deceleration, but also used in various agencies and parking (maintenance) braking.

There must not be any flammable, explosive and corrosive gases around the workplace.

Main feature:

1. The shell is made of aluminum alloy, which is light and beautiful.

2. The motor is non-oil bottom structure, B-level or F-level insulation (according to customer requirements), durable, good heat resistance.

3. The junction box cover is sealed. Incoming cable adopts cable stuffing box, which is firm and reliable. The electrical protection of the enclosure reaches IP55.

4. The surface of the motor shaft and the pusher have been specially treated to make the sealing parts more durable.

The thruster can be installed in any direction

The range is 0~180°, expanding the range of use.

Additional options:

1. The upper limit switch can indicate whether the brake is open or whether the thruster is in the correct position.

2. The lower limit switch can indicate whether the brake is properly closed and whether the thruster returns to the correct position. The upper and lower limit switches can be set together.

3. Built-in spring or release spring (only applicable to short-stroke thrusters). The spring force can be determined by the customer, but within the force limit of the built-in spring (see parameter table).

4. Heater: Customers can use the heater in places where the ambient temperature is below 25°C. The parameters of the heater are attached (see Table 1).

5. Ascending delay valve, descending delay valve, ascending/descending delay valve can extend the lifting time unlimitedly, the delay range is from the rated action time to 30 seconds, the specific delay value can be set according to customer requirements.

1. Ambient temperature: -25~+40°C.

2. Relative humidity: ≤90%.

3. Power supply: AC three-phase 50 (60) Hz.

4. Voltage: 380.400 (440.460) V

5. Working load: intermittent (S3-60%.1200/h) and continuous (S1).
