Do You Know Why The Hydraulic Brakes Don't Work?

Sep 11, 2019

In our daily lives, many people know that we have also used brakes, which is actually our daily talk of brakes or brakes, is to make the moving parts in the machinery stop or slow down mechanical parts. The effect of the brakes is obvious, so why is the brake faulting?

Here are a few reasons for the failure:

1. Lack of brake fluid in the total brake pump, or offset hole blockage, total pump skin bowl, skin ring aging, bloating, deformation or overturned.

2. Brake drum is round, ditch or wear is too thin, brake hoof sliver appearance has oil, ablation hardened, rivets exposed, etc.

3. Brake sub-pump skin bowl aging, bloating, piston stuck, sub-pump piston and cylinder block excessive wear and loose oil leakage.

4. The pedal is too free to travel.

5. Concave tubing, loose leakage of joints, brake hose aging, break or block.

6. The hydraulic brake system enters the air, or the brake system temperature is too high, the brake in the line is gasified, forming an air resistance.

7. Brake total pump piston and cylinder block excessive wear and loose oil leakage, return valve seal is bad, oil valve reed broken.

8. Brake shoe wear is severe, brake gap is too large or the gap is reversed. The above eight points are the summary of the reasons for the hydraulic brake failure. At the same time, to ensure uninterrupted operation of the hydraulic brakes, it is necessary to protect them frequently.
