How to adjust the electric hydraulic brake?

The electric hydraulic brake is composed of two parts: the brake frame and the matched electric hydraulic pusher. When the power is turned on, the electric hydraulic pusher moves, its push rod is quickly raised, and the brake shoe is opened (released brake) by lever action ; When the power is cut off, the push rod of the electric hydraulic pusher quickly falls under the action of the brake spring force, and the brake shoe is closed by the action of the lever (holding brake)


Then how do we adjust?


1.Loosen the spring of the braking torque.


2. Manually lift the triangular plate of the pusher and adjust the upper adjusting screw to make the opening gap of the brake to 1.5mm (brake shoe and brake wheel). Adjust the lower limit screw of the brake bracket to make the opening gap of the brake evenly distributed on both sides.

3. Adjust the torque spring to reach the required scale.

4. Tighten all lock nuts. (After the gate is adjusted)

5. Replace the brake shoe when the brake shoe is worn to 100%, and adjust according to the above steps. In the process of brake shoe wear, because the brake shoe is worn, the three-angle plate of the pusher descends. When the smooth rod of the pusher descends close to the compensation limit mark, the brake gap must be adjusted in time.
