YWZ series of electro-hydraulic drum brakes, this series of brakes are composed of two parts: brake frame and YT1 electro-hydraulic pusher. Here are some problems in the installation process of this series of brakes and how to adjust them.
Installation method of brake:
1: Use a wrench to loosen nuts 4 and 5 to make the main spring of the brake frame loose, then loosen nuts 6, 8 and use a wrench to turn the double-ended screw above the main spring of the brake frame to open the brake arm and brake shoe. Then install the brake wheel on the mechanism so that the brake shoe wraps the brake wheel.
2: Use a wrench to loosen the nuts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, at this time, turn the screw and remove the screws 3 and 7. Put the brake arm of the brake fully and install it on the brake wheel from the side.
3: Restore the brake parts in sequence according to the order of disassembly and assembly, fix the brake base to the bottom of the mechanism with screws, and adjust the screw 7 with a wrench to make the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel comply with the installation instructions. Connect to the power source before entering the test machine.
