Application:

MW(Z) series electromagnetic brake system is widely used in various types of lifting and transportation, port loading and unloading, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery and construction machinery in various mechanisms of deceleration and parking brake.

Standards compliant:

The connection dimensions, braking torque parameters and technical requirements of MW(Z) series electromagnetic drum brakes comply with JB/T7685-2006 standard;

Main feature:

1. Safe and reliable performance;

2. The main dynamic hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which has high transmission efficiency and long life, and no lubrication is needed during use;

3. The interlocking retraction equalization device can always maintain the equal retraction distance of the pads on both sides, completely avoiding the phenomenon that one side of the brake pad floats on the brake wheel due to the uneven retraction distance;

4. The brake pad is a clip-on integral molding structure, which is very convenient and fast to replace. It is equipped with semi-metallic (non-asbestos) hard and semi-hard, soft (including asbestos, non-asbestos) brakes of different materials. Pads are for users to choose.

Conditions of Use:

1. Ambient temperature: -25℃～40℃;

2. There shall be no flammable, explosive and corrosive gases in the surrounding working environment;

3. MW series products are AC 380V/50HZ; MWZ series products are DC power supply, rated voltage 220V;

4. The relative humidity of the air in the place of use is not more than 90%;

5. The altitude of the place of use does not exceed 2000M.
