●Electro-hydraulic drum brakes can be widely used for deceleration and braking of various mechanisms in belt transportation, port loading and unloading, lifting, metallurgy, mining, and construction machinery.

●The brake adopts a clamping integral stamping structure, which is convenient and quick to replace. Brake pads are available in a variety of materials, such as semi-metal (non-asbestos) hard, hal-nard, and sol (including asbestos) materials, available for customers to choose from 10 kinds.
●The main hinge point is equipped with self-lubricating bearing, which makes the hinge strength high and the hole series is high.
Runtime
No need for lubrication: ●The four-way brake shoe gap balance device and the brake shoe automatic centering device constantly balance the brake shoe gap to make adjustment effortless and completely avoid single-slip 1o brake wheel braking.
●Closed spring tube can prevent spring damage and pollution.
●The equipped ED series thrusters have the characteristics of flexible action and long operating time.
Standards compliant
●The size and braking torque parameters of YWZ5 and YW29 hydraulic brakes conform to the GB6333-86 standard, and the technical requirements conform to the JB/T6406-2006 standard.
●The size and braking torque parameters of YWZ9 series brakes conform to the JB/ZQ4388-86 standard, and the technical requirements conform to the JB/T6406-2006 standard.
●The size and process requirements of YW series brakes conform to the JB/T6406-2006 standard, and the braking torque parameters conform to the DIN 15435 standard.

Options and accessories (selection) ●Brake pads of various materials are available, including semi-metal (non-asbestos) hard and semi-hard and soft (including asbestos) materials. ●Hand release lever (S1 or S2). ●Limit switch and monitoring device (K1 or K2). ●The brake is equipped with a self-compensation device for brake pad wear, which can realize stepless self-compensation of shoe gap and braking torque when the brake pads are worn. ●K3 lining wear limit switch, with a signal indicating that the lining is worn to the limit. (Note: Application M needs to be equipped with self-compensation device) ●When using this type of thruster with a descending delay valve, the delay closing of the brake can be realized, which can meet the requirements of some specific occasions. |
