1. The solid steel brake shoe rod and the bottom plate cause less deflection, so the air stroke loss is smaller

2. Optimal lever geometry, that is, maximum lever transmission-braking torque independent of the direction of rotation

3. The square spiral element with scale is used to adjust the braking torque simply and safely

Special brake pressure spring, the spring constant is as small as possible, when observing the normal release, make full use of the lifting force of the air device

4. Light metal brake shoes with steel box body: brake linings with friction value of 0.4 or 0.3 are riveted and/or glued, and are provided with asbestos and metal-free design

5. The special clamping spring can fix the brake shoe in place. Due to its special design, it can be easily released by simply replacing the brake shoe without any problems.

6. All important bearings are equipped with maintenance-free bushings

Work environment around must not have flammable,explosive and corrosive gas,or should be the corrosion products.

Air relative humidity is not more than 90%;

Use the altitude of the site with GB755-2000.
