YPZ2ⅠⅡⅢ series electro-hydraulic disc brake is an advanced product with high performance and multi-function. Due to its advanced functions such as automatic equalization of the pad retreat and automatic compensation of pad wear, it is very convenient to maintain during use. By adding various limit switches, the required interlocking protection signal can be provided to the host PLC. It is very suitable for the deceleration and maintenance (parking) braking of various mechanisms in various modern large-scale special-purpose loading and unloading machinery, lifting and transporting machinery, metallurgical equipment, mining equipment and construction machinery.

Description

Electro-hydraulic disc brakes comply with DIN15435 and JB/T7020-2006 standards. Equipped with Ed series pushers that comply with DIN15430 standard.

main feature:

▲ The interlocking back-off equalization device and the pad automatic follow-up device can always keep the back-off distance of the pads on both sides equal and do not need to be adjusted during use, completely avoiding the phenomenon of the brake pad floating on the brake disc;

▲ Self-lubricating bearings are provided for swinging hinge points, which do not require lubrication during use; high transmission efficiency, sensitive action, and brake closing (braking) time of 0.25~0.4S;

▲ The stepless pad wear automatic compensation device can keep the pad retreat and braking torque constant during use, eliminating the trouble of frequent adjustment;

▲ Torque adjustable built-in spring, with torque scale;

▲ The brake pads are plug-in type and are easy to replace. Provide semi-metal, powder metallurgy and other material pads to adapt to different working conditions;

▲ Supporting Ed series electric hydraulic pusher products, with sensitive action and long service life;

▲ Normally closed design, (power off) spring brake, (power on) pusher release.

◆ Ambient temperature: -20°C~+40°C;

◆ Relative humidity: ≤90%;

◆ Working system: intermittent (S3-60%) and continuous (S1);

◆ Power supply voltage: three-phase AC, AC380 50Hz (other power levels can be customized as needed);

◆ If there are special requirements, it will be negotiated when ordering.
