Description

The provided hydraulic thruster uses DB-25 hydraulic oil as fuel and can work at a temperature of -20°C to 50°C. We provide heaters with certain models of this thruster, which can work at temperatures below -20 degrees Celsius.

Uninterrupted operation

The standard model of this thruster uses AC 380v / 50 (60) three-phase motor. It can work at different voltage and frequency levels. Before purchasing, we will provide customers with expert advice on choosing the right hydraulic thruster according to the type of application.

It uses a three-phase AC asynchronous motor that meets the GB755-2000 specification. The motor has IP65 protection grade and F grade insulation standard.

It uses a cable conductor design with a maximum cross-sectional area of 4*2.5mm2.

Suitable for use in corrosive working conditions, the industrial propeller can work in humid environments. The external structure of the propeller is coated with anti-rust paint.

Choose installation method

The connecting rod of the vertically positioned version is located at the uppermost part of the piston rod.

Main design features:

The shell is made of aluminum alloy casting, light and beautiful. The motor is of non-oil-bottom structure, and the insulation class is B or F (according to customer requirements), and has good heat resistance. The junction box cover is tightly sealed and the inner line uses a cable stuffing box, which is firm and reliable. The electrical protection level of the enclosure reaches IP55. The surface of the motor shaft and push rod has been specially treated to make the seal more even. The balance air chamber is set on the side of a cylinder housing, which enables the propeller to be installed in any direction within the range of 0-180°, which expands the scope of use. All seals and bearings in the Ed series are world-renowned products with reliable and durable sealing. The fixed parts of the Ed series are made of stainless steel, which is beautiful in appearance and durable.
