Recently, Henan Golden Hoop Brake Co., Ltd. successfully completed the factory inspection, packing and shipment of two safety disc brakes together with their matching hydraulic power units. The equipment will be delivered to an overseas customer for the hoisting, traveling and safety braking systems of industrial equipment.
The shipment includes two safety disc brakes and two dedicated hydraulic power units. The integrated braking solution provides stable braking torque, rapid response, smooth release and reliable sealing performance.
Before shipment, the company's technical, production and quality control teams carried out comprehensive inspections and functional tests, including braking torque, release clearance, hydraulic pressure, sealing performance, interlocked operation and electrical control functions. The equipment was also treated for rust prevention, moisture resistance and shock protection.
